We are 2 American guys (in our 20s) who live and work in Medellin.

We have an extra room (furnished) in a BIG penthouse/terrace apartment that will be available for rent between July 25 and Aug 25 2007.

The apartment is fully furnished as well, with a big shared kitchen, fridge, stove, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, wireless broadband internet, and last but not least a BIG terrace with a great view overlooking Medellin from the top floor of a guarded condo building in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood of Medellin, Florida Nueva.

The neighborhood and apartment building (Florida Nueva/Laureles) are within 5 minutes walking distance to lots of Medellin attractions and ammenities, such as the metro, soccer stadium, shopping centers, Carerra 70 (nightlife, restaurants, bars, fun)

These are the rates for renting this room with us (these rates include all utilities, so you just pay a flat rate)

Full Month : $250 or 500,000 pesos
2 Weeks : $150 or 300,000 pesos
1 Week: $100 or 200,000 pesos
Per Day: $20 or 40,000 pesos

Compared to other comparable, well-located apartments...these are VERY good prices...you can even compare here on poorbuthappy and see for yourself, so this deal will not last long.
