The apartment is less than a year old and is very clean. In a very quiet neighborhood.
Its a great location because its right in between Aveneda Las Vegas and Aveneda Poblabo ( about a 2 minute walk to either). Supermarkets, Gym, Banks all within a 5 minute walk.
Very close to EAFIT University

Rent is reasonable for this area,400,000 pesos per month plus half of the utilities which usually comes to 125,000 each.
