Room for rent Chapinero Alto, Bogotá

I have this nice room. It's a 2 bed/1.5 bath space in a building with 24 hour security, laundry facilities, underground parking for one car and other amenities. I am 33 y.o., native of Manizales and work here in Bogota as a IT engineer. I am bi-lingual and enjoy a relaxed but social atmosphere when at home. The apartment is sparsely furnished at present but is a work in progress. My intention is to fill the apartment with superb technology and comfortable furnishings and any inputs you might bring to the table would be appreciated. My roommate recently moved out and there is a 6 month lease which comes up again on September 1rst. Ideally you would commit to the next 6 month obligation.
