I have a 3 bed apartment close to Oviedo Mall, Poblado.

2 rooms are available for rent at $550,000 COP per month including all utilities.

The apartment has great views, cable TV, free local calls and wifi broadband.

I’m not looking for a party animal or someone who likes prepagos and lines of coke for breakfast. Occasionally, the apartment will be visited by my cute and slightly mischievous fox terrier puppy.
