Does anyone out there regularly ride a bike in Colombia?
What are the best places to live if you prefer to ride a bike?
(Bogota has the ciclo-ruta, for example)
Cali, Medellin, Valledupar, Bucaramanga, Cartagena . . . ?
Are some places dangerous to ride?
Are there places where one would be out of place riding to work, or riding around?
Do Colombians ride folding bikes? (The Chinese do, for instance)
Are there electric bike riders? (also very popular in China)
I know that there are tourists who ride accross/through Colombia. But I'm more interested in urban biking, though I wouldn't mind visiting smaller towns.
Any other advice?
cheers!

I've had many a collision with these people. I'm kind of a cross between a bull and a bear. I don't lose in these situations. However, I always offer a hand to help the person off the ground. When they get pissed I just say I was watching where I was going and you weren't. Sorry about that. Alfred E. Newman. "What. Me Worry?" 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
