So I received the RFE for the IMBR Act. My question is on the application it says, "Have you ever been convicted by a court of law (civil or criminal) or court martialed by a military tribunal for any of the following crimes..." it goes on to list a bunch of crimes. My answer is flat out "NO." Of course "NO", is not an option on the form. Obviously i leave the boxes blank since i have not commited any of the crimes listed there, but should i add an additional sheet stating that i have not committed any of the crimes list, or this just understood by USCIS? Just want to make sure i dont screw myself over.. THANKS.
