I've read about 3 different types of resident visas. Familiar, Qualified, and Immigrant. I' ve seen the requirements for the 1st 2, but the 3rd is a little mysterious. Does anyone have this type of visa, or know the requirements?

Gator says on May 19, 2007, 12:13: My Resident.... visa is QUALIFIED RESIDENT: This visa can be acquired by a foreigner that had temporary visa for a continuous period of 5 years. Persons that have Temporary spouse visa, Temporary for parents of a Colombian citizen, may apply for resident visa three 3 continuous years. This type of visa hallows multiple entrances into Colombia, will expires if you are absent from the Colombian territory for longer than two years. You must register with D.A.S, and obtain a “Cedula de Extranjeria. THE BIG PLUS-this visa has no expiration date.. "Brevior Sltare Cum Deformibus Mulieribus Est Vita!" . |
