Replace a visa stamp from the bank

My Gf went to Bogota Sunday and had appointments for the lab and doctor on Tuesday. Monday she went to the bank and paid the fee for her interview which is next Monday the 28th. So she stopped at the cabina and showed me the stamp on her passport and said she received my documents that I sent to her brothers' house in Bogota. I think that was a mistake because after she left the cabina a guy snatched her bolsa and took off with her passport, cedula, cell phone and money. She reported it to the police and she feels optimistic that they will recover her stuff (yeah, right). Anyway she says that she can replace her passport and cedula pretty quick and we can get yet another interview postponement. I'm wondering how can she get the stamp replaced?

i think it's going to take a while she should call the embassy ask for a new visa interviw and let them know what happened. you never know if that people its going to try to use those documents or something...

Go back inmediatly to her city, get copies of her birth certificates, call la registraduria and get a "contrase;a" and call the passports office and ask if she can get her passport with the contrasena or she'll need a cc.

Thats so unlucky I am sorry guys... I wish it all go fast.

Good luck bad luck I sent an e-mail to the embassy today explaining what happened, they responded today! He's what they said;

"I am so sorry to hear what happened to your fiancée.
We spoke to the bank on your fiancees' behalf. They requested that she visit them again and bring with her a letter stating what happened. They will then give her evidence that she paid the visa fee. She will need to submit that evidence to us at the time of her interview.
Contact me when she is ready to be interviewed, and we will add her to the schedule again."
