There was a brilliant source that was posted this year or late last year of the changing structure of paramilitarism in Colombia since the mass demobilization of 2004-2006. I think it was in Spanish. It may not have been though. I have looked for this article/document on JSTOR and other academic online resources but I cannot find it.
Unfortunately I cannot find it on the site either. I believe it was Robi666 who posted it, but I am not sure. Robi66, if you have the link and remember what I am talking about, would you mind posting it again?
