Renting Apartment in Medellin

I am posting this ad for a friend who is leaving Medellin in two months and will not be back for 9 months. This apartment is actually located in Sabaneta.
The apartment is on the top floor with a beautiful view. The chesterfield and chair in the living room is made of high quality leather. The apartment is relatively new. The top floor of the apartment is really beatiful. A large bed and jacuzzi. It has internet and Direct TV but you will have to pay for it yourself. No the apartment is not in or close to Pablado. Sorry. My friend is asking $500 USD a month. This is NOT the kind of apartment you usually see for rent. Personally, I would not rent out this apartment to just anyone and this is how he feels too. He is looking for someone who is mature that he can trust with his apartment. Ok, the bad news about the apartment...it is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator.
