Renting a house in Santa Marta or El Rodadero.

I just returned from ten wonderful days in the beautiful country of Colombia. I plan on opening a business in Santa Marta when I complete school early next year. Where do you look to rent a house in Santa Marta or El Rodadero? Are they listed in the newspapers or do you contact a property manager? I have been told you can rent a house for as much as $300.00 U.S. per month.
