... it is close to Crespo and the price is USD 30.- or COP 60.000 for two persons.
The barrio is no so rich as Boca Grande, but it's quite good.

Close to Crespo? i thought so.....its in Torices.....not so "rich as Boca Grande" is an understatement......not so nice is more accurate.....and its close to the airport as well, which is even more not so rich (in, fact, mostly poorer)....$30/day is gringo prices for that barrio.....maybe we can do business together....i have 3 bulletproof vests available for rent....

"in a nice popular area where living mainly Colombian middle class families with a lot of kids in the streets."....hmmm.....when i have gone through there, those words dont exactly come to my mind......

MC: I don't find Crespo to be that bad, well at least the area that I stayed in. The houses were gorgeous!!! Couldn't live there though, sooooo BORING!! zzzzzzzZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz. I think the price is a bit steep though considering you're out in the boonies.

Crespo isnt that bad at all...it was also a choice for me to live....but his apt is not in Crespo..its in Barrio Torices....there is a lagoon or canal between the two.....big difference depending on which side of the water your place is.....Torices gets worse as it get closer to the airport as well......Aaron and I were just there last Monday...within blocks of this apt.....you wont find gorgeous houses in Torices near the airport, thats for sure.........thats why he doesnt mention the barrio.....except for "near Crespo" or "1000 mts from airport" and "600 mts from beach"....rental hype....very misleading

USD 30 for 55 sqm for a brand new appartment is not expensive in Boca Grande you pay the double to the triple.
And the barrio is sure, here are living several foreigners.
