renewing temporal visa (propietario) / declaracion de renta

Im off to Ecuador to renew a propietario visa.... i was in bogota where i decided against doing it.. but i did ask the lady at the desk a few questions and she told me that i had to bring along the balance of the business,, the camara de comercio thing and also la declaracion de renta... but if one is a Persona Natural you dont have to declare RENTA if you make less than a certain amount of your patrimonia is less than 90 million.... so am i right in saying i dont need to bring a copy of my declaration de renta

cheers for any help, kelvin
