NO you don't need any Visa for Colombia or Ecuador, in Colobia you will get a tourist visa when you enter the contry for 60-90 days and in Ecuador you get it for 90 days right away

its a visa for an owner of a business... to get this visa you need to invest at least 100 times the minimum monthly salary or about 41 million pesos (20thousand US)... you will need to register the business at the chamber of commerce. pay a yearly tax of around 400 thousand pesos... etc.... if you make too much money you will also have to pay taxes.. .after five years of having this visa you will be a resident of this country..
