renewal for pensiando visa??

just a quick question i have received pensiando visa for one year,my question does it have to be renewed in the same issuing office,or can it be done in mre en bogota??also i was told that all papers must be resubmitted yearly for renewal(statement of pension,police report etc)is that the case or is it merely stamped and extended? thanks for any input
