Remember When the NYSE Visited FARC?

Surely some here remember when the President of the New York Stock Exchange Richard Grasso visited FARC back in 1999.

To refresh your memories http://www.colombiasupport.net/199906/nysefarc.html

Was that guy ever charged with anything in the USA-was he even interviewed by the FBI or CIA?

Was FARC designated a terrorist group then or did that come later?
