Recommendations for US Number Internet Phone Service in Medellin

Get a Vonage Why don't you order yourself a Vonage phone? You do need a credit card with a US billing address. Voice quality is awesome but I guess that depends on your ISP as well. Vonage will ship the voice adapter only to a US address though, but you can connect it anywhere in the world.

yahoo I have not tried either skype or Vonage, but have been using the yahoo phone with excellent success. To call the USA is only 1 cent a minute. A phone number in the USA that comes back to my computer is $2.50 a month.

Vonage I use Vonage at home (US) and know of others that have it also and take it with them when they travel to Colombia.

Will look at Vonage and Skype This will be for an apartment in Medellin..Its great that you can use the equipment and service from any location in the world..I thought they would deny service after reading the IP Address..Funny is my broadband internet is cheaper per month in Medellin than my broadband service here in Miami Beach..

Also thinking about Direct TV in Medellin for the apartment but have not seen many advantages Except Sports.. Cable has English news channels and HBO Cinemax with many movies in english..and noticed Direct TV Medellin does not have the CBS,NBC,and ABC FEEDS maybe I am wrong..
