It's late and I'm tired and I'd just as soon pass but I gotta have all that attention from you anonymous internet posters. I mean there is such psychic satisfaction from rattling the cages of mentally disturbed individuals that I don't even know much less care about. So here goes.

The body of the proprietor of a Monteria ice cream shop was found dead floating in the Sinu River after she had been missing for three days. The victim had been shot to death. Note to those with reading disabilities: the victim was not a gringa and the article was written by a Colombian for other Colombians to read. Disparaging the country was probably not on the mind of the journalist in question.

A drug mule was caught on the bus in Planeta Rica carrying bags of cocaine made to appear to be her breasts. Nice twist.

A man out walking in a Monteria neighborhood was shot in the head by a passerby for no apparent reason (that's what they all say). Lucky for him the bullet grazed him instead of penetrating his skull.

A couple of thieves were caught in Monteria.

In Sincelejo, a mototaxista was shot and wounded in the neck by a couple of sicarios on a moto.

More details about the guy who was shot and killed Monday in San Jose de Ure. Apparently this was a slow day because the rest of the items are about a guy arrested for carrying a gun, some guy with marijuana (?) etc.
