Rare situation... back with ex...for good

Hi everyone,

I'm in a tight spot. I just got back with my Colombian girlfreind after a 2 year break up. I live in the States and want to marry her in Colombia but I've read that the process takes longer than the fiancee visa. The problem is this... she had an approved pending fiancee "petition". I popped back in her life to stop that marriage. She was recently received the approved application packet but has not given any documents in. No visa has been given. She wrote a letter to the embassy stating that she no longer needed the visa . No response has been received. Am I able to apply for a fiancee petition for her if she already had a petition sent in for her? I need to know my options. Any thoughts?
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for some good news out there.

Senor Max Your immaturity is understandable at age 19, but if you would take the time to read and learn instead of trying to stir up the pot, you would discover a lot of valuable information here that would make your future travels and experiences in Colombia more enjoyable. You are wearing out your welcome on this board.
