Raining Again in Medellin!!

Whichever clown named Medellin the ''City of Eternal Spring'' had his / her head up their asses!!! It never stops raining. I am sure they were related to the same family that named Greenland!!!! The amount of rain this place gets makes Bogota look like a sunny holiday retreat!

more like 7 days. before that it was a bit of a hot spell. the rain should dissipate sometime in june for a few months. in the summer of 2006 (june, july & august), it did not rain one time - dry as a bone here...

Last time I was in Medellin was in summer of 06. It rained the whole time I was there and my cousins told me it had been like that for the previous few months. Still, it didn't last long during the day. The only real downside was that we didn't get to go paragliding.

some years back when we still had the big house in poblado--which by the way had an equally big basement--it rained so long that the basement filled, became like an underground swimming pool and as the city drains became over taxed and clogged, the water backed up in the house and the floors, everywhere where about 1-2 inches in water. what a mess. i stored many of our mfg goods in the house (furnishings) and they were all sitting in water.
