Quiero Divorciarme (Civil)

Buenos Dias,

Well if your marriage is by the civil law is easier, go to a "Notaría" and ask for divorce, you need a lawyer to write a document related to the properties and other belongings that you have and your wife has the right to the half of that if they were bought during the time that you were together. That document include an inventory of that and if there are kids wich of the properties are protected bc there is a minor involved, if not, you can have your divorce in 10 days. But there are not big issues to do that.
