Hey all!
Quick question-- I am US citizen and have been floating in and out of Colombia for a while now, but always do two months at a time and have never had to renew anything. I am thinking of staying three months this time and my two months goes on March10. If I get another two month renewal through DAS, and only stay 20 or so days, will they take the whole two months and count it towards my six month total??...or can you ask a set number of days with them?? i doubt it. Id go down and ask but have been sick as a dog. Any info would be much appreciated.
Thnx!

Your time in colombia is determined by your actual days in country regardless of what your entry visa stamp (or ext) allows - they had a print out on DAS on my arrival and exit days that they showed me.
