Elk thanks to you and everyone else's info. I will leaving Medellin next week and heading off to Bogota to apply for my pensianado visa. Just wondering what are the 2 types of photos that I need exactly? I know they are the 3x3cm, but is there a certain type that I need to tell foto japan, for ex.,diff. colored background ?(Government offices can be particular about photos.)
Or just tell them photos for visa. Also ,does the embassy require all pages from your passport copied or just the ones pertaining to Colombia?
thanks again-

If for some reason you are not issued a Visa, please contact me arthurbrode at aol.com and i will refer you to my Attorney. She has some contacts in Bogota that can help you get your Visa. http://www.calirentals.net/ 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

arthur brode (☼Travelguide writer) says on Jan 11, 2007, 11:35: If you are on a Pension from the Federal Government You need to ask the U.S. Embassy for a "Certification Letter" that basicaly states that you receive a Pension from the Federal Government. You then take that Certification Letter to the Legalizaciones office where they will notarize/legalize it.Once the Certification Letter is notarized/legalized you then go to MRE(ministerio relaciones exteriores) and apply for your Pension Visa. http://www.calirentals.net/ 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
