Questions RE: Pereira

I have been in Manizales for one year now. Have invested in real estate but have not sold properties yet. Manizales is great for living, but terrible for making money. I am a bit bored.
Anybody on here that lives and has a business in pereira?
I have a few questions about the city, security, etc.
