Questions about VOIP calls

I have a question, i downloaded this programe yesterday and made a phone call, ok it is excellent but there are not free calls forever it is just a 25mins trial, is it ok?? or there is something else i have to do to call more??

Be aware that you have to pay €10 every 120 days, after your first free 40 min phone call. However, as long as you continue to use the free destinations, your €10 will not be used up, however, be sure to use it, otherwise you will lose it after 120 days.

SKYPE The one I use is SKYPE and works great for me, they are not free but calls to Colombia Celular's prices are below that most of the companies I've tried. Vonage is also good but they just raised their per minute prices to celular phones in Colombia.
