Question about Request for Initial Evidence i-485

Hi
I got a pink letter stating request for Initial Evidence I-485. On the letter it states -Submit evidence that and immigrant visa petition has been filed on your behalf. Such evidence includes a copy of the I-797 Notice of action on form 1-129F (Petition for Alien Fiance), Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), or form I-360 , or special Immigrant, and /or copy of form I-171.
My question is what do I send? I just got I-797 Notice of Action so I will send a copy of that. Do I need to send anything else?
My wife got her K3 visa and is with me here in the states. We applied for AOS and have the ASC appointment next week.
There are so many commas ,,, and "or" so not sure what else to send.

You could include a copy of the visa itself (this should have your name on it too, right?), and any letter you/your wife received from the national visa center/ US Embassy in Bogota regarding your petition. -Brian 0 funny, 0 helpful.

elreydelostrolls says on Jun 25, 2007, 17:18: They want proof that you filed an I-130 for her. If she has a K-3 you had to have filed for an I-130 a long time ago. Send them a copy of the I-797 which you received for the I-130. 0 funny, 0 helpful.
