My experience of Cali's weather during European wintertime is hot, hot, hot.
Cali has no real seasonal differences - it's either warm and dry or warm and wet! After October and over Xmas it's usually warm and dry. No need for a brolly old chap!

I agree with the above. Except for the bit about the brolly. You can still get some sizeable, albeit less frequent, downpours there in December and January.

Actually Kalder, looking back that's very true.
I can remember localised flooding from torrential rain in Decmber 1998. Okay Scotty bring a brolly - but leave the sweatshirts at home.

Hey Kalder, have you heard from PowWow? We all really need him back on PBH ASAP. He can post all his rantings in the offtopic thing.

Hye
I live in Cali, and let me tell you the weather is crazy, sometimes rain when is a dry season and otherwise. Feb and March tend to be a little rainy, but not cold, but as I told you weather here is crazy. We don't have seasons like Europe, and most of the time we have a hot wheater... So don't worry, bring warm clothes, 1 sweater, and that is it... and if rains you can buy a very cheap umbrella...
