The other day in Bogota i was going around in a car with some Colombian friends, i was amazed by what they was doing, they were mixing aguardiente with beer and then drink it. They drinked amounts of beer mixed with aguardiente in 2 hours. Is this normal or tipical in Colombia ? also is this safe enough to do it ? I ask this becouse now that i'm back in Alaska i'm mixing Vodka with Beer.

That sounds pretty normal to me, though my Cali friends like beer, or aguardiente, instead of a mix of the two. Hopefully the driver wasn't indulging. If you are young, skilled, and intelligent, you might want to seriously consider leaving the US now, while you still can. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

If you have good tolerance for vodka I wouldn't worry about it. Just be careful when mixing up hard liquor with beer because it gets you drunker way faster. We girls stayed away from it after seeing how guys got drunk after 3 pints of that mixture.
