Quatromotos at Exito?!

Used to be you´d see 100cc motos for sale at Exito for around three miliones of pesos. Now they´ve got $10,000.000 all terain quatromotos. Are caleños poor?

You can ride those things on the street. At least I see other people doing it from time to time. They have plates on them. As far as I can tell you can pretty much put a plate on anything as long as it has a light or two. Don't know how legal it is though.
