Puerto Cabello de Venezuela

Sorry this place is not in Colombia but maybe someone here knows something about it, i will spend 3 weeks in Puerto Cabello soon but i have never been or heard anything about it, is in Venezuela. Can someone tell me what should i expect, how is the place, places to go out, how are the people, any info is apreciated thanks.

Close by is Chichiriviche and Tucacas which on the contrary are big for tourists from all over Venezuela and where the morrocoy national park (coral islands) is located at. 0 funny, 0 helpful.
