When I was there early Jan. 08 the Christmas Lights were still thing to see and was very busy at night naturally. Daytime going up the hill was fine. Nighttime had a line of cars maybe 1/2 mile long!

I don't think they would but they might. Are you just interested in checking it out before going up? I went once and would do it again if anything for the spectacular views and overall ambiance.

Pueblita Paisa is always open. day and night. Any taxi driver can take you there. The restaurant up there is one of my favorite places for an economical bandeja paisa and bottle of wine. When returning you may have to walk back down the hill and catch a taxi on the street as their aren't always enough taxis for people.

I hated the walk down , the stairs are so f#% at %! up. One big step one small step one pointing down pne missing . The big boy's leggs were crying at the bottom.
