How much is a 60 or 80 GB PS3 in Colombia, and is any where you can get it online, apart from Mercado Libre?

THANKS YOU :)

agreed. If you cannot buy it own eBay, it probably doesn't exist.

Arthur how much did it cost? and how they sent it to you? I was trying to buy one from ebay to be send to my sister who lives in Lexington then from there she would shipped to Colombia, but she told me to send it from there it would cost 50 dollars plus 30% of the value of the PS3, What do you think?

Why buy it on Ebay? Plenty of online retailers are selling it. Unlike the Wii, they are not in short supply. I just bought one on Thursday.

For anyone considering a PS3, unless you really want the PS2 compatibility, there is not much point in buying the 80GB. Sony makes it very easy to swap out to a bigger hard drive. You literally slide it out and pop in another one with just a couple of screws. There are simple instructions in the manual. You can use a standard PC hard drive and it doesn't void the warranty. I am going to put in a 200 GB drive I have laying around. I was very pleasantly surprised at how open Sony has left this thing. It even has a built in utility to partition your drive so that you can install a third party OS. The BluRay player is very nice as well.

Brandsmart Miami announced last night they had a new shipment of Wiis and each store in the area would get at least 15 per store,,,

Gamestop.com, BestBuy.com, amazon.com and many others have PS3 in stock. None of them will likely ship to Colombia, but you could try Arthur's suggestion about using a freight forwarder.

The 80GB is going for $499 and comes with a controller and a bad game(MetalStorm or something). It also lets you play SOME PS2 games. It has several slots

The 40GB model is $399 and comes with a controller and a bad Bluray movie(Spiderman 3).

As I mentioned, unless you really want PS2 compatibility, the extra $100 could be spent on some games or accessories. You won't run out of 40GB quickly and it is extremely easy to upgrade the hard disk in the future. Anyone can get a regular PC hard drive in Colombia.
