We are planning to visit Providencia and Medellin the first week of July. We would like to spend 1 or 2 days in Providencia and several days in Medellin. Should we plan a second day in Providencia (is there enough to do there?) or would the second day be better spent in Medellin and the surrounding area?
Thanks.

It's an island, what do you expect to do there? (Lie on the beach and you can do walks in the hills). I don't understand why anyone would go to Providencia and spend that money and only stay a day. Also, if you're going for just a week, I'd spend 3 days on the island and 2 days in, say, santa fe de antioquia, unless you have a specific reason to be in medellin. But that's a lot of flying for just 1 week.. Poor but snappy 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
