Selling property in La Calera, 40 minutes from carrera 7 with Calle 85

I am selling a property in La Calera only 40 minutes from La Zona T. 10000 square meters. You may build a the house of your dreams there for less than the cost of a small flat in Chapinero!

12% site coverage, or floor-ratio?

Ie. if my lot was 1000m^2

a) could I build a 2 or 3-level house that covers 120m^2 of land, so a house that is 240m^2 or 360m^2?

b) or does the entire area of the house (all levels) have to be no more than 120m^2

When i bought this pice of land the floor-ratio was 10%, but you can build up to 15% in different levels. This means that you can build a house up to 1500 square meters in this property. I think it is a quiet decent area.

This piece of land costs 95 million pesos. You can build a very decent house for 100 million. Compared to the current prices of apartments in Bogotá I think it is a good deal. I will try to publish some photos of the property next week. It is not far away from Club La Cima.

Even a 1,000 sq m house would be massive. That is over 10,700 sq ft.

Do you have the property listed somewhere with photos?

How can I publish some photos here?

The easiest way is to go to tinypic.com and upload them there. It will give you a link that you can use to post them here.

ok found out in the end ,i just had cows on it so never looked into till now,but last sept the law came in ,called zona rural sud urbana ,as this land is by the mountain ,it fell with in this law.
12 por que es zona rural sud urbana en cota vereda ce time
so it is not every place ,and its 12% floor, and you can build up to whats by you ,these near me are 2 floors so i can go up 2 floors.keeping the base 12% of the size of the lote.
hope you can understand it now..
