anyone know if you can buy over the counter or by prescription the hair product propecia here in cali?

I'm sure you can. Look for the generic drug finasterida. You might only find it in 5mg tablets, but you can always cut the tabs to the 1mg standard propecia dosage. I believe the same drug in stronger dosages is used for some kind of prostrate treatment.

i know of... i know of a duck plecenta (sp?) it is for your hair.. & it comes in a bag.. although i dont know what the purpose of it is.. i know that it is very popular in medellin & a lot of the women use it in there hair. hence the name "paisa loca" haha i cant say i've tryed it though.
