Programmers wanted

I am looking for programmers - preferably Colombians who speak a little English - interested in developing for the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch. I need simple applications to help students learn Business English, which can synch with web based database and pages.
I understand that almost no one has experience of this (the SDK only came out 3 months ago, and APple is still an elite product in Colombia), but I can help with equipment etc. The development of software for these 2 devices will become huge, as apps can be sold easily from the Apple site without any admin worries by the developer (Apple keeps 30%). However, I need these for my language school, so my first priority is to have them for my own business, before attempting to sell to the world.
If you can speak a little English, please contact me as soon as possible.

I might know someone but they are in Cali. Will that work?

Hugfrancis says on May 8, 15:22:

Yes - provided they speak a little English, and prefer to say 'can' rather than 'can't'. Sometimes, 'distance lends enchantment'(?)

He speaks perfect Spanish and English. I just have to ask if he is interested. How many hours a week are you thinking?

Hugfrancis says on May 9, 08:11:

As he has probably never programmed for this device, difficult to say. But it is a long term project, and the rate of development can be flexible. Not so much 'hours per week' but 'application per week'.
