has anyone been to parque los nevaods close to manizales or experienced a more freezing and cold place in Colombia. who will be the first person i wonder to post a joke about being in a colder place/situation ???? both serious and joke and irrelevant comments invited...

manINred says on Mar 28, 2008, 15:30: I've just spent 6 months in the most depressingly cold snow covered (relevant) city on earth, and yes, it was 6 months, we're just barely showing signs of non-hell now. I barely survived, but I imagine that this "cold" part of Colombia has nothing on it. Like a walk in the park.

Juanes says on Mar 28, 2008, 17:43: yes there are some places about a 10 minute walk from the bus station where i stayed for bout 15 or 18 mil a nite, i will get the names for you paul. its a nice city to stay in, very hilly, more than bogota....there are also some aguas termales you can visit after spending some time seeing the glacier and walking up to around 5200 i think i remember. my camera messed up after for a while, had to stay in cali for 4 days while he fixed it, things worked out well. http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/Juanes/ |
