I´ve been wondering for months what to give to my fiance for his birthay, I want some ideas, XBOX? WII? A free pass to ride speed cars? a gold chain? A TEDDY BEAR? what?????????? please give me some options, thanks

Plus my cousin is a guy so I am sure that with that information you have a lot of options to choose from. I have a number of friends who adopted kids from Russia as a single mother because they gave up on finding the right guy (they adopted in their 40's). They'll tell you it's difficult to do it on your own, but it can be done with the help of friends and family members. Your support network will be of utmost importance when your hubby is gone. One had to teach her child how to chew (he never had solid food before and he was 3 or 4). They're not used to being touched, loved, etc. It's very difficult and one child is a handful. I used to work out with weights 4-5 times a week until I found out I have a slightly herniated disk in my lower back(very painful!!!). For the last few months I have been sitting on my butt getting soft, so I will do the Pilates for a while until my doctor lets me go back to the gym.
