does anybody knows a Bank or Credit institute in Colombia which has or gives reload ( prepaid ) Credit Cards ? so to deposit an amount of $$ and use it as a Credit Card ?

Boatygringo says on Jul 20, 2006, 08:48: Debit /Credit Cards In Colombia It is impossible to open a bank account in Colombia unless you have a Cedula I have tried at banks in Cartagina and they all want a cedula they will not accept a passport as ID.
