prepaid Credit Card

does anybody knows a Bank or Credit institute in Colombia which has or gives reload ( prepaid ) Credit Cards ? so to deposit an amount of $$ and use it as a Credit Card ?

All banks have that type of card. It is called tarjeta debito, you just need to ask one with a VISA of MC logo on it.

Debit /Credit Cards In Colombia It is impossible to open a bank account in Colombia unless you have a Cedula I have tried at banks in Cartagina and they all want a cedula they will not accept a passport as ID. The banking laws in Colombia are so restrictive it's as if they are doing you a favor accepting your money. Boatygringo

Cedula Needed I had the same problem as Boatygringo. They would not let me open a bank account in Colombia without a cedula.
