I have friends living in, "the Safe Zone" in Bogota. I have not heard from them for 3 weeks. I have been told it is becuause there is a power outage. Wouldn't something like a 3 week power outage be in local newspapers? I haven't found anything regarding it. Can anyone confirm? Could it be just phone and cable?

They haven't reported anything like a 3 week power outage. Just talked to people on the south side and near centro last night. They got juice. But, tell us what barrio, or the address (not exact address, but street number) of where your friends are at. I am sure there are members who are familiar with the area, and can give you details - if there are any. He who farts in church, sits in his own pew. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
