Power of Attorney

I bought a bank check from a bank in Costa Rica to pay for the I-129F application and I just received a notice from the visa center that the check bounced. I have a friend that is taking care of this for me but I need a Power Of Attorney form to conduct this one transaction, if anyone has one can you send it to me please? In Spanish. Thanks in advance
