Poster graphic design needed for a Colombian movie that is in early development.

I received this job offer via e-mail today. Here are the details:

Poster graphic design needed for a Colombian movie that is in early development. All elements need to be designed, including primary image, font treatment, credits, etc. The movie is called El Gringo Malo. The director is American, but the entire cast and crew will be Colombian. I have all text and company logos, however the primary art does exist as the movie has not been filmed yet. Creating the main movie poster image is the main part of this project. You must live in Colombia and be Colombian to design this poster. Prefer designers in Medellin area or Cali, but will consider any Colombian living in Colombia.
