Flickr allows free members to upload up to 100MB a month. However, there is no limit to the number of pics you can post. If you pay for a "pro" account ($25 a year) there is no limit of any kind to the amount of photos you can upload.

It would be more manageable if people sent "their best photos" - like a representation of their finest work, so to speak.

Maybe even a photo limit per person, although I know that sounds a little fascist...

Good question. BTW, I don't think we should delete pics of hot girls unless they are nude or pornographic. I guess the category would depend on the photo. Ultimately, it is up to the poster to decide in which category they want to include their pic.
