Possible short term room for rent to foreigners in Cali.

This post is a feeler to see what kind and how much interest is out there for me to rent one 2nd floor room of my two story home in a estratos 3 Cali area to foreigners, 24 hour 7 days a week security with a roving security night watchman.. Room is furnished with bed, TV and A/C, also gas hot water heater. Meals, housekeeping and laundry are available. No prices are set at this time.

I bought a home in Cali for my wife and I to stay while we are in Cali. It is nothing fancy.

At this time like I said if there is enough response I will consider opening a room in my family home for rent. My wife's family lives in part of the home and takes care of it for us.

Not being a Colombian I will consider short term rental as there seems to be a need for this of type rental. First and last month and signed agreement of course.

At this time only Spanish spoken in home.
