Political Consultant Needed

Seeking political consultant for upcoming elections in Colombia for mayor (alcalde) in all markets with populations above 500,000. I believe the changing of the guard occurs October 1st and the new alcalde takes office January 1st of 2008.

THE NEED:
I am looking for freelance local experts who know the candidates and can relay back to me the goings on of the the power elite in all markets of Colombia as they relate to the upcoming alcalde elections.

THE PAY:
Nada. However, I will negotiate a fee for performance to anybody who can pick the winner and help me position an opportunity for a meeting with the newly elected alcalde prior or post office election.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
$50,000 and up upon successful information relay for data that leads to a contact with the newly elected alcalde elect. This consideration will be paid if and only if a contract is secured by me and the company I represent.

THE RUB:
I can't tell you what it is. However, I can tell you I am working the Medellin market and other company representatives are in the first phases of working both Bogota and Barranquilla.

THE PRODUCT:
It is technology based and green by design and function. 100% financing is available and secured for markets in Colombia. There are large sums of cash that municipalities can make by using this system. However, there is also an opportunity to create a discount model as a credit back to the local citizens equating to approximately 5-10% of montly income (variable dependent).

* As an example - the Medellin model will be a discount model. 60% of citizens in MDE make the equivalent of US $400 per month. This system applied as a discount model will reduce overall municipal expenses by an average of $25 per month per household family. This does not take into account the swing of votes that will occur for the newly elected alcalde when re-election time comes around.
