I am not a discriminating beer drinker. But, I will say that the Bavarian brands are just as good as Bud products in the EEUU. I would have no preference between a Poker beer and a Budweiser. I love Aguila. Brava sucks, but I would compare it to a typical EEUU malt liqour. I just don't like strong beer like that. I would love to find a place where I could buy Aguila here in the US. I drank Poker quite a bit in Colombia. It sure tasted good to me. My opinion, best beer in the world is Bitburger out of Deutschland.

In the U.S. there are plenty of places to buy colombian products. In Long Island there is a large spanish speaking population and most liquor stores, beer distributors, and grocery stores cater to that population. Aguila is easy to find as well as argaurdiente, ron medellin, ron de caldas and many more products. If you find these products difficult to find then just venture out into a Spanish speaking neighborhood and products should be alot easier to find. The colombian, salvadorian,Mexican, and other central and south american population in Long Island is huge and I guess thats why products there are easier to find.

Happy Holidays.

Has anyone seen Aguardiente Azul in Houston? I tried Aguardiente Azul a while back. I have only been able to find it in Miami. In fact, I couldn't even find it in Bogota(not that I looked very hard). I normally don't like Aguardiente as it tastes like what gasoline probably tastes like. However, Azul is super smooth. Almost like Grey Goose compared to Stoli or Smirnoff.

Down here is Curacao Aruba Bonaire
There most be about 80,000 Colombians on these 3 islands legal and Ilegal. I questioned alot of them and they showed a preference for Poker. Aguila is available but it's to watery, like american beer.
The locals like the beer a little srong like heineken.

BEER I will give you my poem ... please use it wisely!
"I think that I shall never hear, a lovelier poem than a beer, a beer that Joe's Bar has on tap with golden base and foamy cap, the stuff that I can drink all day, until it melts my mind away, poems are made by fools I fear, but only _________ can make a beer!"
You can input whatever your favorite beer is in the blank line!
