KirkWest53 says on Jan 19, 2005, 13:12: I had the same dilema When my wife and I first started seeing each other, WE would correspond daily via e-mail. I didn't speak Spanish so I was relying on my translator software. I wondered for the longest time why she kept telling me I"m stange. Everything else told me she loved me, but several times a dapy, Te extrano. Finally I got into a internet chat room and asked someone. Then I was quite relieved to learn she missed me a great deal. hahahah

Katjie says on Jan 19, 2005, 17:35: Neonovo, q' barrrrbaro. Gracias, biscocho, but how do you do it? I'm trying to add an apostrophe here or there or the wavy line on top of the n and it doesn't work. Not that I know the proper grammar & style in Spanish but, gotta practice/learn. You know that writing "year" in Spanish can put you in a tight spot. Chao! Katjie 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

RecochanBoy says on Jan 20, 2005, 20:16: Thanks Lionheart Just wanted to say thank you for your extended chars post. I made the change and it works great in my US K/B. I used to do the Alt-xxx thing all the time and now I can save myself a few keystrokes every time I need an accented char. I usually type 1/2 the time in English and 1/2 the time in Spanish so it comes in really handy.
