PLEASE HELP ME FIND AN OLD COLOMBIAN FRIEND

Hi,

I am trying to find a really special friend Alehandro (aka Alex) he used to work in a cafe called Yum Yums not far from Tottenham Court Road in London.
Alex taught me a lot about Colombian/Latino culture and i taught him English in return (i think i got the better deal). Is there any types of communities that i may be able to find him by ???. It is very important i find him as i never actually got the chance to thank him for introducing me to such a unique and vibrant culture i also need to apologise to Alex for a number of things i feel like i have to let him know how sorry i really am and i have not been at peace with myself for the last 5 years because of it.
If the is anyone who can help me i will forever be in your debt!

wow - it sounds like there is......... Love, betrayal, lies perhaps and many other deep things as to for your passionate reasons for trying to find Alex. It sounds like you regret not spending more time with Alex.

Good Luck - however, you might just go back to his fomer boss in London ans ask if he has any information on relatives or friends that may know him...

If you REALLY want to find him...hire a detective in Colombia that has connections with local DAS and police...where there is a will, there is a way! I think your best bet is to just start snooping around his old job for information. It may reuqire some "convincing" that you are looking for him as a freind and not to do cause him harm or give him bad news.

Good Luck!

Thank You for your response but i have already tried to go back to his previous employers only to find out that they had closed the business and moved away. i dont think Alex has gone back to colombia he would all ways tell me that if he went back he would never return to the UK the only reason he was here was because he didnt have the heart to leave his mum in a strange place. Do you have any outher ideas as all of them are appriciated
