Please help me find a private teacher in Cali

Hello. In January I'm going to be studying college level courses and I need to drastically improve my spanish before then. What is the best way to find private lessons in Cali at an affordable price? Do you know any private teachers I can contact?

Thank you so much for your help!

I can recommend Mario Celis, who is easy to get along with, and also speaks very good English. mariocelis at yahoo.com.br.

The best book that I have found is Madrigal's Magic Key to Spanish. ISBN 0-385-41095-6.

what kind of spanish do you want to learn? basic communication or directly for your college course? i can recommend you a good friend/ex coworker of mine, he is an english teacher but also was a spanish teacher for years at a elementary school. he speaks excellent english, lived in the states for 10 or so years, and is real serious, formal and friendly.....i dont know how much he'll charge but its something you would have to discuss with him. normal private english classes for 1 hour go 20-40 an hour depending on location and demands.......if you are interested PM me and ill give you his cell number
