Place to stay in cartagena

Anyone know a place to stay in cartagena, barranquilla, and santa marta for about $25-35 dollares a day? or 50-60,000 pesos a day.

Last time I went to those places I stayed in really nice hotels and it was such a waste of money for mediocre service and the fact that I ws never there, just to sleep for about 4-5 hours max.
